Katie is a Resident in Counseling in the state of Virginia. Katie has been providing counseling services in schools and private practice for 10 years. She currently specializes in supporting adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and the phase of life adjustments associated with new parenthood and career change.

With a genuine spirit of warmth and collaboration, Katie supports clients using a Cognitive and Behavioral approach. She also integrates psychodynamic concepts as necessary, to assist clients in finding a renewed sense of peace and purpose.
